  Stressing Jacks

Over the past few years, TT Fijnmechanica B.V. has built up a top-class reputation manufacturing stressing jacks. Stressing jacks are manufactured with tonnages varying from 110 tons to 1,000 tons with various stroke lengths. The majority of the stressing jacks are manufactured at the client’s request because of the often client-specific requirements. That is why close cooperation with the client is fundamental.

Stressing jacks are used in prestressing technology for the stressing of single and multi-strand systems and are equipped with hydraulic locknoses or self-tightening locknoses. The locknoses are used in order to secure the wedges thereby guaranteeing good anchoring. Depending on the client requirements multi-use stressing heads can also be supplied. Jacks are tested for both safety and function and can be calibrated for stressing strength if so desired.
